摘  要:提出一种利用万能电子试验机和压力敏感试纸测量弹性金属密封圈接触应力的实验方法,即应用万能电子试验机对C形密封圈施压,垫在C形密封圈下的薄膜压力敏感纸由于C形密封圈对其产生的压力变色,根据颜色变化得到密封圈的接触应力。采用该实验方法测得弹性金属密封圈的接触应力,同时通过ANSYS软件对C形弹性金属密封圈进行有限元建模并计算其接触应力。实验测量结果与有限元建模计算结果高度吻合度,证明了理论模型的正确性和实验方法的可行性与科学性。An experimental method for measuring the contact stress of the elastic metal seal was presented,which used the universal electronic tester and film pressure sensitive paper to measure the contact stress of the C-shaped elastic metal seal.The measuring method is that the C-shaped sealing ring is pressed by the universal electronic tester,the film pressure sensitive paper under the C-shaped sealing ring is discolored due to the pressure generated by the C-shaped sealing ring,and the contact stress of the sealing ring is obtained according to the color change.The contact stress of the sealing ring was measured by this experimental method,and the finite element modeling and the calculation of the contact stress of the C-shaped elastic metal seal was performed by ANSYS software.The experimental measurement results are highly consistent with the finite element calculation results,which proves the correctness of the theoretical model and the feasibility and scientificity of the experimental method.
