摘 要:通过加载杠杆与其支承轴承将摩擦力进行放大并传递至力传感器,建立新的滑块-盘接触油膜润滑摩擦力测量系统。使用空气轴承取代推力球轴承支承加载杠杆,明显压缩摩擦力-传感器输出关系中的非线性区域,使整个系统的最低可测摩擦力由80 mN降低至10 mN。实际测量结果表明:当摩擦力大于10 mN,该系统测量的相对误差小于5%。该系统对平面滑块的测量结果与经典理论有很好的一致性,而且显示了侧泄对摩擦-收敛比关系的影响;对阶梯滑块的测量结果表明,该系统可区分润滑油分子结构及黏度指数改进剂对摩擦特性的影响。A new friction measurement system was built to update an old slider-on-disc lubricating film test rig,where the friction force was magnified and transferred to a force sensor through the load level and its pivot bearing.An air bearing was used to support the load level instead of the thrust ball bearing,and the non-linear region in the relationship of the applied friction and the sensor output was reduced largely,as a result the minimum detectable friction force is decreased to 10 mN from 80 mN.Tests show that the relative error is lower than 5% when the measured friction is larger than 10 mN.The measurement results of a plane slider by this system are in good agreement with the classical lubrication theory,and show the influence of side leakage on the relation of friction-convergence ratio.The measurement results of a step slider show that the system can distinguish the influence of the molecular structure of lubricating oil and the viscosity index improver on the friction characteristics.
