摘　　要：目的探讨反社会人格障碍高危群体注意保持的关联性负变的特点。方法本研究采用关联性负变经典范式,评估健康对照组(n=22)、反社会人格障碍高危组(CD+AP)(n=20)和品行障碍组(CD)(n=21)注意保持的特点,主要分析三组不同加工进程中CNV的波幅和潜伏期特点。结果 ERP数据表明,500-1 000 ms的平均波幅分析,CD+AP组的CNV平均波幅[(-1. 429±0. 519)μV]显著低于健康对照组[(-5. 541±1. 305)μV,P <0. 001]和CD组[(-4. 068±1. 728)μV,P <0. 001]; 1 000-1 500 ms的平均波幅分析,CD组的CNV平均波幅[(-2. 418±0. 802)μV,P <0. 001]和CD+AP组[(0. 358±0. 225)μV,P <0. 001]显著低于健康对照组的CNV平均波幅[(-5. 033±2. 037)μV]; 1 500-2 000 ms的平均波幅分析,CD+AP组的CNV平均波幅[(-0. 728±0. 347)μV,P <0. 001]和CD组的CNV平均波幅[(-0. 546±0. 181)μV,P <0. 001]显著低于健康对照组的CNV平均波幅[(-3. 112±1. 562)μV]。结论 CD+AP患者CNV波幅始终在基线上下波动,表明CD+AP组的注意保持能力缺如,可见,CD+AP患者在时间知觉的加工中可能不能预期准备或控制行为,导致了行为冲动和无计划。Objective To explore the characteristics of sustained attention on contingent negative variation in high-risk antisocial personality.Methods The characteristics of healthy controls(n=22),high-risk antisocial personality(CD+AP)(n=20)and conduct disorders of juvenile delinquents(CD)(n=21)were analyzed by recording the event-related potentials in classic contingent negative variation paradigm.The amplitude and latency of CNV components in different progress were analyzed.Results In 500-1 000 ms average amplitude of CNV,the amplitude of the CNV was significantly lower in CD+AP group than in control group[(-1.429±0.519)μV vs(.-5.541±1.305)μV,P<0.001]and CD group[(-4.068±1.728)μV,P<0.001].In 1 000-1 500 ms average amplitude of CNV,the amplitude of the CNV in CD group[(-2.418±0.802)μV]and CD+AP group[(0.358±0.225)μV]were significantly lower than that in control group[(-5.033±2.037)μV,P<0.001].In 1 500-2 000 ms average amplitude of CNV,the amplitude of CNV in CD+AP group[(-0.728±0.347)μV]and CD group[(0.546±0.181)μV]were significantly lower than in control group[(-3.112±1.562)μV,P<0.001].Conclusion In CD+AP group,amplitude of CNV is fluctuated around the baseline all the time.CD+AP has sustained attention dysfunction,which generates nonplanning impulsivity and lack of a sense of the future for preparation in time perception.
