摘  要:针对光纤光栅解调仪器向着低成本、小型化、模块化发展的趋势,设计了一种温度调谐DFB激光器温度控制系统用于低速的静态光纤光栅解调。应用ADN8831芯片为核心并使用STM32输出阶梯三角波作为温控电压,设计了用于光纤光栅波长解调的热调谐DFB激光器控制电路。利用该电路控制分布反馈激光器(DFB)内置热电制冷器(TEC)的温度,实现温控调谐DFB激光器输出波长扫描。实验证明,该系统中温度控制电路的温控分辨率为0.162℃/0.01 V,DFB激光器的温度调谐效率达到了0.1 nm/℃。A thermal tuning DFB laser temperature control system is designed for low-speed static fiber grating demodulation for the trend of low-cost,miniaturization and modularization of fiber grating demodulation instruments.This design uses the ADN8831 chip as the core and uses the STM32 output step triangle wave as the temperature control voltage to design a thermally tuned DFB laser control circuit for fiber grating wavelength demodulation.The circuit is used to control the temperature of a distributed feedback laser(DFB)built-in thermoelectric cooler(TEC)to achieve temperature-controlled tuning of the output wavelength sweep of the DFB laser.Experiments show that the temperature control resolution of the temperature control circuit in this system is 0.162℃/0.01 V,and the temperature tuning efficiency of the DFB laser reaches 0.1 nm/℃.
