摘　　要：为解决水声装配试验过程中数据采集和管理困难的问题,在分析水声装配试验流程基础上,针对需要采集的数据特点,提出一种基于工作流程的装配试验数据采集方法,建立了水声装配试验生产线的数据采集系统,并通过数据库软件开发进行了工程应用,提高了水声装配试验生产线的数据采集数字化比率及生产效率。In order to solve the problem of data acquisition and management in underwater acoustic assembly tests,the paper proposes a data acquisition method for underwater acoustic assembly tests,based on the analysis of underwater acoustic assembly test flow and the characteristics of data to be collected.The paper also establishes a data acquisition system for underwater acoustic assembly and testing production line,and carries out an engineering application through database software development,which effectively improves the data acquisition digitalization ratio and production efficiency of acoustic assembly and testing production line.
