摘　　要：近几年,针对"三规合一"的探索更多着眼于市、县一级,对于城镇体系基层的"镇"关注较少。本文通过在镇总体规划编制阶段引入"三规融合"理念与手段的实践探索,探讨如何更好地编制区域空间规划基本构成单位"镇"的总体规划。In recent years,the exploration of"three-in-one"plan has focused more on the city and county level,and less attention has been paid to the“township”--grass-roots level of the urban system.Through the practical exploration of introducing the concept and means of"three-plan integration"into the com pilation stage of township.
