摘　　要：结合首钢水钢钢轧事业部一棒线三切分轧制φ16mm螺纹钢筋的生产实践,分析影响φ16mm螺纹钢筋定尺率的因素,找出解决方法,提高定尺率。In the basis of production practice of 3-slitting rolling ofφ16 mm rebar in No.1 rebar rolling line in our department,factors influencing the fixed-length ratio ofφ16 mm rebar are analyzed,related solution is figured out and the fixed-length ratio is improved.
