摘　　要：目的分析因出现药疹住院的患者临床用药情况、用药合理性及住院费用情况,为临床合理用药、预防药疹以及建立药害赔偿制度提供参考。方法收集因药疹住院的236例患者的基本情况、用药信息、药疹类型、住院费用及住院时间等信息,进行回顾性分析。结果有明确致敏药物的患者192例,主要给药途径为口服给药97例,静脉给药63例。在致敏药物中前四位分别为抗生素、解热镇痛药、抗癫痫药和中成药。非重症药疹患者221例,重症药疹患者15例。236例患者人均住院时间为(10. 75±9. 56) d,人均总费用为(8 356. 50±2 198. 45)元。结论合理用药能减少药疹的发生,应加强合理用药宣传,建立药害赔偿制度,保障患者用药安全。Objective To analyze the clinical medication,rationality of using drugs and costs of medication in hospital of patients with drug eruption in hospital and provide reference of rational drug use,prevention of drug eruption and establish phytotoxicity compensation system.MethodsThe aspects of patients general data,medications,types of drug eruption,hospitalization cost and the length of hospital stay of 236 patients who were treated in hospital for drug eruption were retrospectively analyzed.Results190 patients were causative drugs identified,including 97 cases of oral administration and 63 cases of intravenous administration.The first causative drug was antibiotics,followed by Chinese patent medicine,antipyretic-analgesic drugs and antiepileptics.221 were slight drug eruption and 15 were severe drug eruption.The average length of hospital stay was(10.75±9.56)days,and the average medical costs were(8356.50±2198.45)Yuan for 236 drug eruption cases.ConclusionRational use of drug plays an important role in the prevention of drug eruption.Therefore,medical personnel should strengthen rational drug use propaganda and establish phytotoxicity compensation system to ensure the safety of patients.
