贫困持续期对中国农村居民健康的影响——基于“贫困—健康”循环效应分析

摘　　要：基于2010—2016年中国家庭追踪调查的4期数据,通过建立有序Probit模型、二分类Logit模型研究贫困持续期对农村居民健康的影响,并采用似不相关回归法和三阶段最小二乘法建立贫困持续期和农村居民健康的联立方程模型,以分析贫困持续期和农村居民健康之间的循环效应。研究结果表明:贫困持续期会恶化农村居民健康,贫困持续期和农村居民健康之间存在互为因果的循环效应。据此,提出完善扶贫工作机制以推进扶贫效果可持续化、优化农村医疗体系以推进农村环境综合整治、践行健康扶贫策略以推进扶贫资源优化整合等对策,以期提高扶贫效果的可持续性和农村居民的健康水平。Based on the four-phase data of Chinese family panel studies data from 2010 to 2016, the effects of poverty duration on the health of rural residents were studied by establishing ordered Probit model and binary Logit model and the seemingly unrelated regression method and three-stage least squares method were used to establish a continuous equation model of rural residents' persistent poverty and their health status to analyze the cyclical effects of rural residents' persistent poverty and their health status. The results show that: persistent poverty will worsen the health status of rural residents, and there is a cyclic effect between each other on the relationship between persistent poverty and the health of rural residents. Accordingly, it is proposed to improve the poverty alleviation mechanism to promote the sustainable poverty alleviation effect, optimize the rural medical system to promote the comprehensive improvement of the rural environment, practice health and poverty alleviation strategies to promote the optimization and integration of poverty alleviation resources in order to improve the sustainability of poverty alleviation and the health of rural residents.
