摘　　要：智慧城市是在信息技术高速发展下城镇发展的必然趋势,从国内外智慧城市发展现状出发,分析智慧城市架构、技术需求,并针对东北老工业区城市在智慧城市建设中遇到的问题,提出相应的对策建议。Intelligent city construction is an inevitable trend of urban development with the rapid development of information technology in china. In view of the current situation of intelligent city development at home and abroad, this paper analyses the structure and technological needs of intelligent city, and puts forward corresponding suggestions encountered in the construction of intelligent city in the old industrial zone cities of Northeast China.
