摘  要:陆源污染物直排入海后对海洋环境的影响很大,陆源入海排污的监测至关重要。本文以地理数据库(GeoDatabase)为基础,通过地图导航、图形编辑、信息查询、数据统计和测量5个子系统,实现了基于MapObjects滨海新区陆源入海排污系统,可以实时监测入海污染物的排放情况,对排污口污染物超标进行了预警,为环境监测和预警提供了决策支持。The terrestrial pollutants have great impact on marine environment after being discharged into the sea.Monitoring of land-based pollutant discharge into the sea is very important.Based on the GeoDatabase,this paper realized the Land-based Sewage Discharge System based on MapObjects in Binhai New Area,including five sub-systems of map navigation,graphic editing,information query,data statistics and measurement,which can monitor the discharge of pollutants into the sea in real time,alert when pollutants in the sewage outlets are exceeded,thus provide decision making support for environmental monitoring and early warning.
