马克思主义“金融资本”概念的逻辑探析——基于《资本论》的借贷资本理论

摘　　要：列宁和希法亭根据当时产业资本发展的现实,明确地界定了金融资本的概念及其内在关系的运行规律。随着经济社会的变化,金融资本的运行也发生了新的转向,传统的银行与产业融合的金融资本概念受到了挑战,需要从更高的抽象层面来界定金融资本。沿着马克思《资本论》中借贷资本理论的分析逻辑方法,透过金融资本的内在关系及其运行轨迹来看,金融资本本质上是建立在信用制度基础上的,以货币资本所有权为载体的资本权力转让与虚拟资本的融合。Today,financial capital dominates all kinds of capital.However,comperhension on“financial capital”is not uniform.According to the development of industrial capital at that time,Lenin and Hilferding have defined the concept of financial capital and explored its internal relationship.The economy and society have been greatly changed today,and The operation of financial capital has been also changed.The traditional concept of the financial capital which merged banks and industries has been challenged,too.It is necessary to define the financial capital from a higher level of abstraction.Along with the logical analysis and methods of Marx's borrowing capital,exploring the inside relationship and its running track,financial capital is essentially a transfer of capital power and a fusion of fictitious capital on the basis of credit system.
