浅谈房屋征收评估异议的救济

摘　　要：国有土地上的房屋征收中,房屋征收评估事关补偿的公平,有异议应及时救济但不能盲目。就评估异议救济的现状,从评估异议的指向性、另行评估的正当性、评估异议的可诉性、一般救济和特别救济的适用性以及行政救济的针对性等方面,探讨不同救济对于不同环节不同房屋征收评估的适当性。In the process of housing expropriation on state-owned land,the assessment of housing expropriation is related to the fairness of compensation.If there are objections,timely relief should be provided,but not blindly.Based on the current situation of assessment of objection relief,this paper discusses the appropriateness of different relief for different sectors and different housing expropriation assessment from the aspects of the direction of assessment of objection,the legitimacy of separate assessment,the suitability of assessment of objection,the applicability of general relief and special relief,and the pertinence of administrative relief.
