胶乳免疫比浊法检测血清幽门螺杆菌抗体的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价胶乳免疫比浊法检测幽门螺杆菌(HP)抗体的临床应用价值。方法以120例行胃镜检查的疑似HP感染患者及健康体检者为研究对象,分别以病理组织嗜银染色法、胶乳免疫比浊法和胶体金快速法检测HP。结果以病理组织嗜银染色法结果作为金标准,胶乳免疫比浊法检测HP抗体的敏感性为93.3%,特异性为96.7%,阴性预测值为93.6%,阳性预测值为96.6%,诊断符合率为95.0%。胶乳免疫比浊法的敏感性、诊断符合率均高于胶体金快速法(P<0.01)。结论胶乳免疫比浊法检测HP抗体简便、快速,敏感性、特异性、重复性均较好,准确度高,适用于易感人群的大规模筛查。Objective To evaluate the role of latex immunoturbidimetric assay in the determination of serum Helicobacter pylori(HP)antibody.Methods A total of 120 patients with suspected HP infection who underwent gastroscopy and healthy subjects were enrolled,and Hp was determined by silver staining,latex immunoturbidimetric assay and colloidal gold rapid assay.Results Using silver staining as gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of latex immunoturbidimetric assay were 93.3%,96.7%,93.6%,96.6% and 95.0%,respectively.The sensitivity and diagnostic consistency rate were higher than those of colloidal gold rapid assay(P<0.01).Conclusions Latex immunoturbidimetric assay is simple,rapid,sensitive,specific,reproducible,accurate for the determination of serum HP antibody,especially for large-scale screening of susceptible population.
