摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地考察法等研究方法分析环北部湾海洋旅游的资源特征和分布情况,以此为基础划分航海旅游发展区、近海旅游发展区以及山海旅游发展区三大功能区。以区域开发的基础性"点—轴系统"理论为指导,以21世纪海上丝绸之路为战略机遇,构建环北部湾海洋旅游空间的"点—轴"开发结构,提出应充分利用环北部湾资源、区位等优势条件,发挥政府的主导作用,加强区域合作,实现环北部湾海洋旅游业健康、持续的发展目的。This paper analyzes the characteristics and distribution of marine tourism resources around the Beibu Bay by using the methods of literature review, expert interviews and field visits, and then divides the entire zone into three functional areas-the marine tourism development area, the offshore tourism development area and the mountain and sea tourism development area. As such, guided by the basic “point-axis system” theory of regional development and taking the 21st century maritime silk road as the strategic opportunity, the “point-axis” development structure of marine tourism space around Beibu Bay has been constructed. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of the resources, location and other advantages around Beibu Bay, to give play to the leading role of the government, to strengthen regional cooperation, and to realize the healthy and sustainable development of marine tourism around the Beibu Bay.
