摘  要:为了保证铁路货运列车运行安全,使用有限元分析软件对某新型260t凹底平车小底架进行三维实体建模、静强度以及刚度分析计算,最终得出不同载荷工况下凹底平车大底架最大应力发生部位及应力云图。所得结论为凹底平车大底架结构优化提供了重要依据。In order to ensure the safety of railway freight trains, the finite element analysis software is used to carry out three-dimensional solid modeling and static strength and stiffness analysis of a new 260t concave bottom flat small chassis, and finally the concave bottom flat car is obtained under different load conditions. The maximum stress occurrence position and stress cloud diagram of the chassis provide the important basis for the optimization of the large bottom frame structure of the concave bottom flat car.
