摘 要:作为LF重要的组成部分,钢包车工作环境较为恶劣,地面粉尘较多,为保证钢包车能平稳运输钢水,应对其传动系统进行优化设计。传统设计中多采用类比、经验法计算钢包车传动系统,估算电机和减速机功率。从钢包车受力分析入手,借鉴桥式起重机传动系统设计思路,深入地分析了钢包车传动系统特点,并提出了一套新的钢包车传动系统设计方法。As an important part of LF, the working environment of ladle car is relatively harsh, and there are many flour dust. In order to ensure the smooth transportation of molten steel by ladle car, the transmission system should be optimized. In the traditional design, the analogy and experience method are used to calculate the ladle transmission system, and the motor and reducer power are estimated. Starting from the analysis of the stress of the ladle car, the design idea of the bridge crane transmission system is used to analyze the characteristics of the ladle transmission system, and a new design method of the ladle transmission system is proposed.
