摘　　要：根据顾客财产特点,介绍了顾客财产和采购物料的区别,对国内轨道装备制造企业顾客财产存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了轨道装备制造企业行之有效的管理措施,希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。According to the characteristics of customer property, the difference between customer property and purchasing materials is introduced. The problems of customer property of domestic rail equipment manufacturing enterprises are analyzed. The effective management measures of rail equipment manufacturing enterprises are put forward, and it is hoped that it can provide relevant professional The theoretical basis can be referred to.
