摘　　要：人民公社成立后,作为核算单位,生产大队财务的收支调度如同人体中枢系统,在调控社员生产生活的同时,成为辅助国家有效提取农村资源的重要运行机制。个案中18万元左右的年集体经济体量,维系着一个拥有3000多农业人口、平均1200多名劳动力的普通生产单位的运转与开销。本文通过台账等资料,以解剖麻雀的方式,对个案队的“收”“支”详情进行细致爬梳,于纷繁驳杂中透视历史时期的乡村治理,拟为相关研究反思提供些许支撑。Since the founding of the People's Commune all over China in late 1950s,production brigades as the accounting units have become one of the most significant operational channels for the state to squeeze rural resources while coordinating commune members personal life.This article examines the daily financial running of a production brigade with annual total income of 180 000 RMB encompassing a total population of 3 000 and a labor personnel of 1 100.With detailed examination of the brigade's financial material,this article seeks to understand the its operational mechanism in order to further grasp the dynamics of rural governance in socialist China and to provide a basis for related academic discussions in the future.
