摘  要:为了研究低压缸进汽流量变化对某汽轮机低压通流区域流动鼓风特性的影响,建立了低压末级通流区域全5级流动分析数值计算模型,并应用SST湍流模型对三维RANS方程组进行了求解。数值计算结果表明:当低压缸进汽流量降低至8.9%THA进汽流量时,末级会出现较为明显的鼓风态流动现象。随着流量的减小,鼓风现象愈加明显。鼓风温度最高的区域位于末级静叶与动叶之间。研究成果可为低负荷工况下汽轮机设计及运行提供参考。In order to research the influence of admission flow change on the windage flow field characteristics and aerodynamic performance in low pressure cylinder, a numerical calculation model of all last 5 stages in low pressure cylinder was established, and the three-dimensional Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equation was solved utilizing SST turbulent model. The numerical calculation results showed that when the mass flow admission in low pressure cylinder dropped to 8.9% THA, obvious windage phenomenoen would appear in last stage, and it would be more serious when the mass flow decreased. The highest temperature region of the windage located between last rotation and stationary blades. The research results can provide reference for design and operation of turbine under low load condition.
