摘　　要：目的探讨自制肩托式腋冰袋在腋臭术后的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年5月我院收治的96例腋臭手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组给予常规冰袋冰敷,观察组给予自制肩托式腋冰袋冰敷,比较两组治疗后临床效果及冷敷后2、12、24 h对两种冰敷护理的满意度。结果观察组冷敷后2、12、24 h的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率为97.92%(47/48),显著高于对照组的75.00%(36/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩拖式腋冰袋能提高患者治疗效果以及满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made shoulder-type ice pack after bromhidrosis surgery. Methods A total of 96 patients with bromhidrosis surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n=48) and observation group (n=48) according to random number table method. The control group was given conventional ice packs, and the observation group was given self-made shoulder-type ice packs. The clinical efficacy and the satisfaction of the two types of ice pack at 2, 12 and 24 h after care were compared. Results The satisfaction of the observation group at 2, 12 and 24 h after cold compress was significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.92%(47/48), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%[36/48]), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Shoulder-type ice packs can improve patients′ outcomes and satisfaction.
