摘　　要：运用文献资料法等研究我国体育社会组织政策参与的现状及发展路径。由于我国体育社会组织实力薄弱以及制度空间的压缩,目前其对体育政策过程影响十分有限,面临政策参与意识积极性不足、参与内容政治化程度不高和参与路径程序化不强的现实境遇。由于体育社会组织政策参与具有重要意义,政府应为其科学发展打造能促型制度环境,即构建"分类治理、项目授权、事中监管"的创新管理模式,以体育社会组织专门法规为核心的健全法规体系,以政府职能转变和多样化参与机制建设为抓手拓宽参与渠道等,从而提高我国体育政策过程的民主化水平,加速实现体育治理体系和治理能力现代化。This paper studies the present situation and development path of policy participation of sports social organizations in China by using literature reviews and some other research methods. Due to the weaknesses of sports social organizations and the constriction of institutional space in China, its influence on the process of sports policy is very limited at present. It is faced with the realistic situation that policy participation is characterized by lack of enthusiasm consciousness, low degree of politicization of participation content and weak procedural participation path. It is of great significance to participate in the policies of sports social organizations. The government should create an enabling institutional environment for its scientific development, that is, to construct an innovative management model of "classified governance, project authorization, in-event supervision". To improve the regulatory system with the special regulations of sports social organizations as the core, and to broaden the channels of participation with the transformation of government functions and the construction of diversified participation mechanisms. Improve the democratization level of China's sports policy process, and accelerate the modernization of sports governance system and governance capacity.
