摘 要:和谐医院的建设,离不开和谐医患关系的构建。针对普遍存在的医患关系信息不对称、医患相互了解渠道缺乏的现状,从"双向对称"的公共关系视角,从反馈、互动、沟通等角度,通过广州医科大学附属第三医院信访、第三方评价、医患互动体验、公益服务等四个维度的实践进行分析讨论,为构建和谐医院建设提供经验借鉴。The construction of a harmonious hospital is inseparable from building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.In view of the widespread information asymmetry of doctor-patient relationship,doctor-patient channels of the lack of mutual understanding and from the perspective"two-way symmetrical"public relations perspective,this paper analyzes and discusses petition work,third-party evaluation,doctor-patient interaction experience and public service of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University in terms of feedback,interaction and communication so as to provide experience for the construction of harmonious hospital.
