摘 要:为了解决低透气性煤层瓦斯治理的难题,以常村煤矿23采区胶带运输大巷为工程背景,分析了CO_2致裂增透技术原理,设计了常村煤矿23采区胶带运输大巷CO_2致裂增透技术方案,确定其致裂参数与范围。现场应用结果表明,采用CO_2致裂增透技术后,瓦斯抽采浓度由原来普遍低于40%,在较长时间内维持在40%左右,胶带大巷煤体中的瓦斯含量平均减少了2.37 m^3/t,最高减幅达到42.36%,瓦斯抽采效果明显提高。In order to solve the problem of gas control in low-permeability coal seam, the author analyzed the principle of CO2 fracturing technology for permeability improvement by taking belt transportation roadway in No. 23 mining area of Changcun Coal Mine, and designed the scheme of CO2 fracturing technology for the roadway and determined its fracturing parameters and range. The field application results showed that the gas extraction concentration kept around 40% for a long time while it was generally less than 40% before, and the gas content in the coal body of the belt roadway was reduced 2.37m^3/t, the maximum reduction reached 42.36%. The gas extraction efficiency was improved obviously.
