参与袋鼠式护理的早产儿父亲情感体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨参与袋鼠式护理早产儿父亲的情感体验。方法采用半结构式访谈,对10名参与袋鼠式护理的早产儿父亲进行访谈,应用Colaizzi现象学研究法进行资料分析。结果参与袋鼠式护理的早产儿父亲的情感体验可归纳为:亲密感与成就感、育儿信心增强、焦虑感减轻、夫妻感情加深、疲惫、困惑与疑虑。结论了解袋鼠式护理中早产儿父亲的真实经历和内心感受,有助于提高早产儿袋鼠式护理的质量,为进一步推广父亲参与早产儿袋鼠式护理提供依据。Objective To explore the experiences of fathers involved in kangaroo care of premature infants.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 10 fathers involved in kangaroo care of premature infants.Colaizzi's method of phenomenological research was used to analyze data.Results The experience of fathers of premature infants who participate in kangaroo nursing can be summarized into six themes:intimacy and sense of accomplishment,increased parental confidence,reduced anxiety,deeper marital relationships,exhaustion,confusion and doubts.Conclusion Knowing the experiences and emotions of fathers of premature infants can help improve kangaroo care quality and further comprehensively promote kangaroo care for premature infants.
