摘 要:采用内压爆破实验研究了去应力、部分再结晶及再结晶退火状态的SZA-4、SZA-6两种国产新锆合金室温及385℃下的内压爆破性能,用SEM分析了爆破断口形貌特征。结果表明,在两种试验温度下,合金管材爆破压力及屈服压力随退火温度的升高呈下降趋势,再结晶态管材延伸率整体高于去应力态以及部分再结晶态管材。爆破断口均为细小韧窝形貌,并存在轴向的微裂纹,爆破过程为由内壁向外壁的韧性撕裂。The internal pressure blasting experiments were carried out to study the blasting performance of the internal pressure of the new zirconium alloy SZA-4 and SZA-6 at room temperature and 385℃, under the states of stress elimination, partial recrystallization and recrystallization. The characteristics of blasting fracture morphology were analyzed with SEM technology. The measured results showed that the alloy pipe blasting pressure and the yield stress declined along with the increase of annealing temperature. The elongations of recrystallization alloy pipes were all higher than that of the stress elimination and partial recrystallization state. The blasting fracture showed many small fossas and micro cracks in the axial direction, which proved that the blasting process was a tear from the inner wall to the outer wall.
