摘　　要：目的探讨筋舒胶囊对慢性软组织损伤的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿及慢性软组织损伤大鼠模型,观察筋舒胶囊的抗炎作用。结果筋舒胶囊高、中剂量组(每1 kg体质量20.8,10.4 g生药)对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用;筋舒胶囊高、中剂量组(每1 kg体质量10.4,5.2 g生药)对棉球肉芽肿有明显抑制作用,对模型大鼠造模处软组织损伤有明显改善和修复作用。结论筋舒胶囊对慢性软组织损伤有明显的抗炎作用。Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Jinshu Capsules on chronic soft tissue injury.Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Jinshu Capsules was observed by using the xylene-induced ear swelling model in mice, cotton ball granuloma model in rats and chronic soft tissue injury model in rats.Results The high and middle dosage groups of Jinshu Capsules(20.8,10.4 g crude drugs per kilogram of body weight) had obvious inhibitory effect on xylene-induced ear swelling in mice.The high and middle dosage groups of Jinshu Capsules(10.4,5.2 g crude drugs per kilogram of body weight) had obvious inhibitory effect on cotton ball granuloma, and had obvious improvement and repair effect on soft tissue injury in model rats.Conclusion Jinshu Capsules have an obvious anti-inflammatory effect on chronic soft tissue injury.
