艾拉莫德联合甲氨蝶呤治疗早期类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾拉莫德联合甲氨蝶呤治疗早期类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法选择医院2015年3月12日至2016年3月15日收治的早期RA患者102例,按信封随机化分组方案分为常规组与试验组,各51例。常规组采取甲氨蝶呤治疗,试验组在此基础上加用艾拉莫德治疗,均连续治疗15周。结果治疗后,试验组患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平均明显低于常规组(P <0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为94.12%,优于常规组的74.51%(P <0.05);试验组与常规组并发症发生率(7.84%与9.80%)相当(P> 0.05)。结论艾拉莫德联合甲氨蝶呤治疗早期RA的疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of iguratimod combined with methotrexate in the treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Totally 102 patients with early RA admitted to our hospital from March 12,2015 to March 15,2016 were divided into the routine group and the experimental group according to the randomized envelope grouping scheme, 51 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group were treated with methotrexate,on this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with iguratimod.The patients in the two groups were treated continuousty for 2 weeks.Results After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12%,which was better than 74.51% of the routine group(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was similar to that in the routine group(7.84% vs.9.80%, P > 0.05).Conclusion Iguratimod combined with methotrexate in the treatment of early RA is effective, safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
