摘  要:江西铜业股份公司贵溪冶炼厂选矿车间尾矿产出倒运、库区内尾矿倒运、火车装车等所用抓斗行车通过安装先进的传感器,如激光扫描仪,激光测距仪,编码尺等设备,实时采集数据,经过计算机系统的运算,形成空间立体坐标系,实现行车定位精确控制,再通过计算机模型系统,智能计算、智能决策生成行车作业指令,实现抓斗行车由人工驾驶转化成了计算机智能控制,达到了改善作业条件、提升安全保障、减员增效及提高作业效率的目的。By installing advanced sensors, such as laser scanner, laser range finder, coding ruler and so on, the grab crane used in the tailings production inversion, tailings inversion in the reservoir area and train loading in JCC Guixi Smelter. The data is collected in real time and a space three-dimensional coordinate system is formed through computer system operation, precise control of driving positioning is realized, and then through the installation of computer model system, intelligent calculation, intelligent decision-making to generate operation instructions, realize the grab driving from manual driving to computer intelligent control, achieve the purpose of improving operation conditions, improving safety, reducing staff and increasing efficiency and improving operation efficiency.
