品管圈活动在减少精神科病区危险品带入件数中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在减少精神科病区危险品带入件数中的应用效果。方法 2017年8月1日,由上海市宝山区精神卫生中心8名护士组成的品管圈活动小组开展以"减少精神科病区危险品带入件数"为主题的活动,运用品管圈工作流程对主题进行分析,制定并实施相应的整改措施。结果开展品管圈活动后,精神科病区危险品带入件数由活动前的每周平均75次下降至活动后的每周平均33次,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论品管圈活动能有效减少精神科病区危险品带入件数,降低精神科病区因危险品导致意外事件的发生风险,提高护理安全。Objective To explore the efficiency of quality control circle (QCC) activities in reducing the number of dangerous goods brought into the psychiatric ward. Methods Since 1 August 2017, a QCC group consisting of 8 nurses from the Mental Health Center of Baoshan District in Shanghai carried out the activities themed in “Reducing the Number of Dangerous Goods Brought into Psychiatric Ward”. They used the QCC work process to analyze the theme, and established and implemented corresponding corrective measures. Results After the implementation of QCC activities, the number of dangerous goods brought into the psychiatric ward dropped from average 75 times per week to 33 times per week, and there was significant difference ( P <0.01). ConclusionThe QCC activities can effectively reduce the number of dangerous goods brought into the psychiatric ward and the risk of accidents caused by dangerous goods in psychiatric ward, and improve the safety of nursing.
