硫酸镁湿热敷在预防临床静脉输液中静脉炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸镁湿热敷预防静脉输液中静脉炎的效果。方法将68例静脉输液患者分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组采用传统的治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用硫酸镁湿热敷。比较2组临床疗效及静脉炎发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为94. 1%,显著高于对照组82. 4%(P <0. 05)。治疗后,对照组出现明显症状者6例,而观察组只有2例。结论硫酸镁湿热敷具有无毒副作用、对皮肤刺激小、患者易于接受、操作简便、成本低、时间短等优势,减轻了患者的痛苦,提高了护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate wet-hot compress on the prevention of phlebitis in patients with intravenous infusion. Methods A total of 68 patients treated in our department were divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with traditional method, while those in the observation group was additionally given magnesium sulfate wet-hot compress. Therapeutic efficacy, and incidence of phlebitis were compared. Results The observation group was higher in total response rate than the control group(94.1% vs. 82.4%, P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group had 6 cases with obvious symptoms, while the control group had only 2 cases. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate wet-hot compress has the advantages of side effect free, less skin stimulation, acceptable, easy and simple-operated for patients, lower cost and shorter onset time. Furthermore, it can ease the pain of patients and improve the nursing quality.
