摘　　要：进入21世纪后,社会党国际坚持全球主义理念,其实践活动呈现出以下几个特点:坚持"问题主义"导向、重点关注亚非拉地区的发展问题以及遵循以公正为核心的基本价值观。与此同时,社会党国际面对日益激化的内部矛盾和更为复杂的外部环境,不可避免地存在以下问题:组织规模和影响力呈下降趋势、进步主义理念与全球主义理念相矛盾以及全球主义理念面临"逆全球化"浪潮的挑战。面对问题和挑战,社会党国际必须积极推进组织体系和发展理念的变革,正确看待理论与现实之间的张力。After entering the 21 st century, the Socialist International adheres to the concept of globalism, and its practical activities show the following characteristics: adheres to the"problemoriented"orientation, focus on the development issues of the Asian, Africa, and Latin America and follows the basic values with justice as the core. At the same time, in the face of increasingly intensified internal contradictions and the more complex external environment, the Socialist International inevitably has the following problems: the scale and influence of the Socialist International is declining, the concept of progressivism is contradictory to the concept of globalism, and the concept of globalism is facing the challenge of the"anti-globalization"wave. Faced with problems and challenges, the Socialist International must actively promote the reform of organizational system and development concept, and correctly view the tension between its theory and reality.
