摘 要:目的分析“互联网+”背景下临床护士健康教育存在的问题及健康教育方法。方法整群抽样结合滚雪球抽样选择江苏省在职护士为调查对象,应用自行设计并修订的《护理人员健康教育方式方法调查表》进行问卷调查,内容包括:一般资料、健康教育能力、健康教育内容、对象和方式等。结果临床护士对自身健康教育能力总体自我评价较好(276/292,94.5%),护理技能宣教是目前临床护士健康教育的主要内容(116/292,39.7%);失能/残障人群(1.7%)、儿童(5.1%)是容易被忽视的健康教育群体。针对不同人群健康宣教时素材选择倾向不同,多媒体和文字素材适用人群广;对不同年龄人群健康教育方式选择有不同倾向,其中“手机APP”“视频演示”和“网络平台”是目前临床护士选用倾向性最明显的健康教育方法。结论当前“互联网+”背景下,“手机APP”“视频演示”和“网络平台”是护士倾向性最明显的健康教育方式,临床护士需要加强新的健康教育方式的学习和使用,以及针对不同年龄段人群选择适合的健康教育素材和方式,以进一步提升健康教育效果并拓展护士健康教育角色功能。Objective To survey the health education current problem and method about clinical nurses in the context of the “Internet Plus”. Methods Clinical nurses in Jiangsu province were chosen as research object to fill out The Clinical Nurses Health Education Method Questionnaire which included: the baseline data, health education self-assessment, health education content, health education objects and method. Results Clinical nurses had different propensity to choose health education materials for different groups of health education, and the multimedia and the text materials were widely used. There was difference between the age groups in using health education methods. The tendency of health education methods based on the “Internet Plus” included “APP”,“Video Presentation”, and “Network Platform”. The method of the “Internet Plus”can be encouraged to apply in the clinical. At present, the nursing skill was the main part in health education (116/292, 39.7%). Clinical nurses were self-assured in the practice of health education (276/292, 94.5%). The disabled and child were neglected in health education (1.7%, 5.1%). Conclusions Current health education objects and methods of clinical nurses can be enriched. The tendency of use to health education methods based on the “Internet Plus” include “APP”,“Video Presentation”, and “Network Platform”. Clinical nurses should learn new health education method and adhibition on the basis of the “Internet Plus”. Clinical nurses should choose different health education method and material for different age groups in order to improve the health education effect.
