652例司法干部体检疾病谱及年龄影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解本市司法系统干部的身体健康状况及疾病的发生发展动态,以便有针对性地开展医疗保健和预防工作。方法对2017年司法系统干部健康体检情况进行回顾性分析,并对不同年龄组患病率进行比较。结果司法系统干部总患病率位于前5位依次为高脂血症、脂肪肝、乳腺疾病、结节性甲状腺肿、高尿酸血症;在前10位患病率的排序中,高脂血症、脂肪肝、结节性甲状腺肿、肛门疾病、前列腺增生随年龄的增长患病率呈逐年增高的趋势。结论要加强司法干部健康教育、鼓励适量运动、指导合理膳食、引导科学起居,减少危险因素,改善其健康状况。Objective To understand the city's judicial system cadres' health state, and provide targeted health care and prevention. Methods This article analyzed the health examination situation of the judicial system cadres in 2017, and compared the prevalence of different age groups. Results The top five incidences were hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, mammary gland disease, nodular goiter, and high uric acid hematic disease;In the top 10 sorting, the incidences of hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, nodular goiter, anal diseases, and hyperplasia of prostate increased year by year. Conclusions It is important to strengthen health education, encourage moderate exercise, and guide scientific rational diet and daily life, so as to reduce risk factors and improve their health.
