99锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐综合疗法治疗系统性红斑狼疮股骨头坏死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评价云克(99锝亚甲基二膦酸盐)对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)股骨头坏死的拮抗作用。方法将86例SLE股骨头坏死患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙10mg/d,静脉滴注前列地尔10μg/d,口服碳酸钙D3补钙600mg/d,减少负重;治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用云克治疗。比较两组Harris评分、血沉、C反应蛋白、C3、C4指标。结果治疗后,治疗组Harris评分明显高于对照组[(78.03±6.01)分比(49.53±7.80)分],差异有统计学意义(t=2.851,P<0.01);治疗组ESR、CRP、C3、C4优于对照组[(17±4)mm/h比(28±5)mm/h、(2.18±0.4)mg/L比(4.24±0.9)mg/L、(75.8±9.3)g/L比(68.9±9.6)g/L、(7.9±3.5)g/L比(6.8±3.2)g/L],差异有统计学意义(t=2.121、2.134、2.024、2.056,均P<0.05)。结论云克治疗SLE股骨头坏死有较好的临床效果。objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 99TC-MDP in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with osteonecrosis of femoral head. Methods A total of eighty six patients treated at our hospital were divided into a treatment group and a control group, 43 cases for each group. The control group orally took altovastatin calcium 10 mg/d and calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets 600 mg/d, and were intravenously dripped alprostadil 10 μg/d;in addition, the treatment group were treated wiht 99TC-MDP. The Harris hip score, immunization indicators, and inflammation indicators (ESR, CRP, C3, and C4) were compared between these two groups. Results After treatment, the Harris hip score, ESR, CRP, C3, and C4 were better in the treatment group than in the contol group [(78.03±6.01) vs.(49.53±7.80),(17±4) mm/h vs.(28±5) mm/h,(2.18±0.4) mg/L vs.(4.24±0.9) mg/L,(75.8±9.3) g/L vs.(68.9±9.6) g/L,(7.9±3.5) g/L vs.(6.8±3.2) g/L , all P < 0.05]. Conclusion 99TC-MDP for systemic lupus erythematosus with osteonecrosis of thefemoral head is effective.
