国医大师李佃贵教授从浊毒论治顽固性痤疮经验浅析

摘　　要：顽固性痤疮是临床常见疾病,病程缓慢,易于反复。国医大师李佃贵教授对顽固性痤疮的治疗有独到的经验和体会,临床疗效显著。李教授认为顽固性痤疮的主要致病因素为浊毒,治疗上应以化浊解毒为基本方法,再根据痤疮的特点、部位及舌苔脉象辨证分型,辨证治疗时善用药对,分别佐以凉血、清热、祛湿、化痰、祛瘀之品,从而达到药简功专、标本兼治的效果。同时应用取类比象思维巧用皮类药以皮治皮。李教授亦注重患者的日常调护,调治并举。文章列举医案一则,以期使读者对李教授的治疗思路有更深入的了解。Intractable acne is a common disease in clinic with a slow course and recurrent episodes. Professor Li Diangui has a special therapeutic experience and holds splendid curative effect for intractable acne. Professor Li proposes that the main pathogenic factor of intractable acne is turbidity and toxicity. So he treats intractable acne based on resolving turbidity and detoxification, and then according to the characteristics and parts of acne and the differentiation of the tongue and veins to divides this disease into different types of syndromes. In the case of syndrome differentiation, he is good at treating this disease with herbal pairs, which respectively have effects of cooling blood, clearing heat, removing dampness, resolving phlegm, and activating blood circulation, so as to achieve medicine jane and treat both symptoms and root causes. At the same time, Professor Li uses analogical thinking to treat skin diseases with skin drugs. Professor Li also pays attention to prevention and care. One case was presented to readers to comprehend the essentials of Professor LI Diangui’s therapeutic experiences.
