试以“补肝实脾”法论述补中益气汤治疗肝虚证

摘　　要：刘泽银主任医师在多年临床经验中,擅于用补中益气汤治疗辨证属肝虚证的内科杂病。本文通过研习张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》中"肝虚"理论,分析历代医家对"肝虚"的诊断、治法及用药,从"补肝实脾"法角度探讨补中益气汤治疗肝虚证的用法,得出补中益气汤是用"补肝实脾"法治疗肝虚的有效方剂,以期提高临床医生对肝虚证的认识,从而开阔临床思路,提高辨证的准确性。During the years of clinical experience, the author’s supervisor is good at using Buzhong-Yiqi decoction to treat kinds of internal diseases of Liver deficiency syndrome. Through studying the Liver deficiency theory in Medical Records of Chinese and Western Medicines by Zhang Xichun, analyzing the diagnosis, treatment and medication of Liver deficiency performed by doctors of the past, and discussing the application of Buzhong-Yiqi decoction to Liver deficiency syndrome from the perspective of strengthening the Spleen to recover the Liver, it is concluded in this paper that Buzhong-Yiqi decoction is an effective prescription for treating Liver deficiency with the way of strengthening the Spleen to recover the Liver. In conclusion, this paper aims to improve clinicians’ understanding of Liver deficiency syndrome, thus broadening clinical thinking and enhancing the accuracy of syndrome differentiation.
