按摩足三里、照海穴辅助饮食运动疗法治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察按摩足三里、照海穴辅助饮食运动疗法治疗妊娠糖尿病临床疗效。方法:选取妊娠糖尿病患者120例,随机分为2组,每组各60例。对照组采用孕妇饮食运动疗法,治疗组患者加用按摩足三里、照海穴。观察糖脂代谢相关指标、妊娠期并发症及妊娠结局,并统计临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者在临床疗效有效率,治疗后糖脂代谢相关指标水平均显著优于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者早产、羊水过多、新生儿高胆红素血症发生率均明显低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:按摩足三里、照海穴辅助饮食运动疗法可以有效缓解糖尿病症状,控制血糖、血脂水平,并对妊娠并发症妊娠结局具有积极影响。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of massage therapy of Zusanli and Zhao hai acupoint on the treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods: 120 cases of gestational diabetes were selected and divided into two groups randomly, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pregnant women’s diet and exercise therapy, and the patients in the treatm ent group were treated with Zusanli and Zhao hai. The related indexes of glycolipid metabolism , pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcome were observed, and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed. Results : The effective rate of the treatm ent group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the relative indexes of glycolipid metabolism were significantly better than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of preterm birth, hyperbilirubinem ia and neonalal hyperbilirubinemia in the treatm ent group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : Massaging Zusanli and Zhao hai acupoint assisted diet and exercise therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of diabetes, control blood sugar and blood lipid levels, and have a positive effect on the pregnancy outcome of pregnancy complications.
