摘 要:采用三种交联黏土分别与膨胀阻燃剂复配对硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)进行阻燃处理,利用氧指数测定仪和锥形量热仪研究了交联黏土对RPUF阻燃性能的影响,通过热重分析仪研究阻燃RPUF材料的热稳定性及残炭量。分析结果表明,少量交联黏土的添加可以显著提高阻燃RPUF材料的极限氧指数(LOI),热稳定性和残炭量,并且可以降低材料的热释放总量,CO、CO_2气体的排放以及产烟速率。Three kinds of cross-linked clay compound with intumescent flame retardant were separately added into rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) as flame retardant. Limit oxygen index and cone calorimeter were employed to study the effects of flame retardancy on RPUF by cross-linked clay. Thermostability and carbon residue of RPUF samples after combustion were studied by thermogravimetric analyzer. The results show that the addition of a small amount of cross-linked clay can not only significantly improve the LOI,thermal stability and char yield of the flame retardant RPUF,but also reduce the total heat release,emissions of CO and CO2 and smoke production rate.
