中药负压吸引法治疗肾阳虚型阳痿病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药负压吸引法治肾阳虚型阳痿病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2017年10月上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院男性病科门诊诊治的肾阳虚型阳痿病患者101例作为研究对象。按国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评分分为轻度、中度和重度3个层次,随机分为治疗组51例(轻度12例,中度37例,重度2例)和对照组50例(轻度11例,中度39例,重度0例),分别接受中药负压吸引和单纯负压吸引治疗,以IIEF-5评分评价治疗两个周疗程后两组疗效及其组间差异。结果治疗后IIEF-5评分结果显示,患者评分均显著提升,且治疗组轻度和中度患者IIEF-5评分相比对应对照组改善更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但重度患者组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药负压吸引治疗肾阳虚型阳痿病疗效显著,可作为临床治疗选择方案之一。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicinenegative pressure suctionfor impotence of kidney yang deficiency type. Methods 101 patients with impotence due to kidney-yangdeficiency in the male outpatient department of the Seventh People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom January 2017 to October 2017were selected as the study subjects. According to the international index of erectile function (IIEF - 5 ) score, the patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe three levels and randomly divided into two groups. The 51 cases in the treatment group (12 mild cases, 37 moderate cases, 2 severe cases) received Chinese medicine negative pressure suction while the 50 cases (39 mildcases, 11 moderate cases, 0severe case) in the control group were treated with simple negative pressure suction. The IIEF - 5 score was used to evaluate the effect of treatment. Results The IIEF-5 scores were significantly improved after treatment, and the improvement in the scores of mild and moderate patients in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ), but the difference between severe patients was not statistically significant ( P > 0. 05 ). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05). Conclusions The effect of Chinese medicine negative pressure suction in the treatment of impotence of kidney-yang deficiency is significant, which can be used as one of the options for clinical treatment.
