摘  要:为了探索纳米铝粉对RDX基炸药爆速的影响,设计了含纳米铝粉、微米铝粉和复合铝粉的RDX基炸药配方,并进行爆速测试。爆速测试分析结果表明:当w_(Al)<15%时,含复合铝粉炸药的爆速明显高于含微米铝粉炸药的爆速,纳米铝粉对爆速影响显著;w_(Al)>20%时,含复合铝粉与含微米铝粉炸药的爆速基本保持一致。In order to explore the influence of nano-aluminum on the detonation velocity of RDX-based explosives, the formula of RDX-based explosives with nano-aluminum, micrco-aluminum and composite aluminum were designed, as well as the detonation velocity of the explosives was tested. Results show that, as the content of aluminum lower than 15%, the detonation velocity of explosives with composite aluminum is higher than that of explosives with micrco-aluminum, nano-aluminum has obvious effect on the detonation velocity. When the content of aluminum is more than 20%, the detonation velocity of explosives with composite aluminum and micrco-aluminum is basically the same.
