降补固态软起动在催化裂化装置主风机中的应用

摘　　要：针对齐鲁炼油厂第3套2.60 Mt/a催化裂化装置2台主风机容量大、起动电流10 kA左右,会严重拉低10 kV供电系统的问题。选用降补固态软起动装置TCS6-25000进行降压起动,可显著降低起动电流,减小母线压降,确保供电系统稳定运行。Aimed at large capacity and about 10kA starting current of the two main air blower on the 3rd 2.6 Mt/a catalytic and cracking unit in Qilu Refinery, which pulled down seriously the 10 kA power supply system, reduced voltage starting was executed by selecting reducing compensation solid soft start unit TCS6-25000. The starting current was decreased obviously, and voltage drop of the bus was reduced. Stable running of the power supply system was ensured.
