摘　　要：在汽车产品开发中,试制样车能够在项目前期验证车身大部分问题,极大地缩短项目周期,但其开发成本一直是困扰项目开发工作的一项难题。该文在正向整车开发的基础上,根据过往项目的开发经验,结合整车项目的实际需求,论证项目开发过程中试制样车的实际用量需求。实现样车用量的最小化、样车开发成本的最低化,可以降低整车开发项目成本,提高产品竞争力。The trial-produced prototype car can verify most of the car body’s problem in the early stage of the project and greatly shorten the project cycle. However, its development cost has always been a difficult problem to the project development.Based on the forward vehicle development, according to the development experience of past projects, combining with the actual needs of the vehicle project, this paper demonstrates the actual usage requirement of the prototypes in the process of project development. Minimizing the usage amount and the development cost of prototypes, can reduce the cost of the whole vehicle development project and improve the competitiveness of the product.
