摘  要:针对超精密车床,在车削发生45°斜面和圆弧面时产生局部振纹,通过优化工艺参数、改变装夹方法、消除振动源、去除激励等手段,使表面轮廓度明显改善,粗糙度恢复到6 nm以内。Under ultra-precision turning conditions, the factors that may affect the process goals increase or even overlap with each other. In the presence of 45°bevel and circular surface local vibration pattern, by optimizing the process parameters, changing the clamping method, eliminating the vibration source, removing the excitation and other means to make the surface profile significantly improved, the surface roughness returned to 6nm or less.
