大数据时代公共治理政企合作路径探析

摘　　要：大数据时代推进政府与企业在大数据领域的合作已成必然趋势,大数据可以为创新公共治理提供良好契机和全新思路。从政府部门、企业和公民等公共治理主体角度出发,分析大数据时代公共治理存在的难题与主要矛盾。结合政府与企业的自身优势和价值取向,提出政企合作的创新机制,包括基于大数据的城市基础设施规划、大数据开放共享,以及构建政企合作法规体系。In the era of big data,it is an inevitable trend to build cooperation between government and enterprises.Big data can provide good opportunities for innovative public governance.This paper analyzed main contradictions of public governance from the perspectives of government,enterprises and citizens.Combining the advantages of the government and enterprises,this paper proposed an innovative mechanism for cooperation between government and enterprises.
