摘　　要：Excel中的财务报表对数据精度要求不一。数据精度设置可以通过菜单命令进行,但需要进行手工生成,易产生人为失误。文章以一个单位的集资工作表为实例,分析了VBA的编程思路和方法,实现了数据设置的精度要求,使Excel的数据处理满足了个性化需要,由此提高了工作效率和质量。The financial statements in Excel have different data accuracy requirements and data precision setting can be set by menu command.But it needs to be manually generated and will result in some human error.This paper through an example of a corporate fund-raising worksheet,analyzes the VBA programming ideas and methods,realizes the accuracy of the selection setting data,makes the Excel data processing to meet the personalized needs and greatly improves the work efficiency and quality.
