摘 要:针对目前CPCI总线通信板存在的功能单一、接口量少、软硬件设计难度大等不足,提出了在单张标准板卡上同时扩展8路独立串口和8路独立CAN接口的更加简单的设计方法,并详细描述了CPCI桥片实现接口转换、STM32控制器实现接口扩展的硬件方案,以及协议转换实现虚拟接口的软件思路。通过各总线接口速率及波形的测试结果可以看出,该技术方案能够满足总线通信速率及通道独立使用的要求,且该方案已在列车运行监控系统(LKJ)的远程测试系统中成功应用。In view of the shortcomings of CPCI communication board,such as single function,less port and difficult design of hardware and software,a more convenient design method for extending 8 independent COM ports and 8 independent CAN ports on a single standard card is proposed.The hardware scheme of port transformation with CPCI bridge and port expansion with STM32,and the software idea of protocol transformation to realize the virtual interface are described in detail.Through the test results of the bus interface speed and waveform,it can be seen that the scheme can meet the bus communication rate and the requirements of the independent use of the channel,and the scheme has been successfully applied in the remote test system of the train running monitoring system (LKJ).
