摘 要:了解羌族13-15岁中学生的饮食变化情况对学生身体形态指标变化所产生的影响,为羌族中学生合理饮食促进身体形态指标上升提供科学依据。本论文基于全国学生体质与健康调研报告并结合实地调查及前人研究文献,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、对比分析法等,对羌族13-15岁中学生饮食变化情况与学生身高、体重两项身体形态指标进行分析。研究结果显示:羌族中学生在1995-2017年间饮食文化方面发生很大变化,食物种类变得多样化,营养程度明显升高。学生的身体形态发育情况产生变化,总体呈现上升趋势,其平均身高明显增加,体重方面出现超重、肥胖等问题。饮食的变化使得学生日常摄入营养普遍增多,需要改善饮食结构。This paper aims to understand the influence of diet change on the body shape index change among middle school students aged 13-15 in Qiang Minority, and to offer scientific evidence for the rational diet of students to improve body shape index. Based on the investigation report on national students fitness and health, combining with field investigation and former literature, adopting research methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematic statistic and comparative analysis, the diet change status are compared with the height and body weight of students. Results show that there has been a huge change on the diet culture of Qiang Minority middle school students with richer variety of food and nutrition from 1995 to 2017. At the same time, their body shape growth has also been changing with an escalating trend, their average height has obviously increased, overweight and obesity has occurred. The change of diet leads to more nutrition intake, so the improvement on diet structure is necessary.
