摘　　要：人口老龄化在当代是不可避免的、伴随我国经济不断发展的一种现象。在全球老龄化以及社会转型的背景下,我国肩上担负着十分艰巨的社会养老的重任,为适应当代老龄化十分严峻的现象并满足老年人各方面的需求,社会化养老服务体系的构建是解决严峻的老龄化问题的有效举措。本文以在老龄化背景下构建中国社会化养老服务体系为研究对象,结合当前服务体系存在的现实问题和困境,提出社会化养老服务体系发展的对策与建议。The aging of population is an inevitable phenomenon in modern times, which is accompanied by the continuous development of China's economy. In the context of global aging and social transformation, China shoulders the heavy burden of social old-age care. In order to adapt to the severe phenomenon of contemporary aging and meet the needs of the elderly in various aspects, the construction of social old-age service system is an effective measure to solve the severe aging problem. This paper takes the construction of China's social pension service system under the background of aging as the research object, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the social pension service system based on the existing problems and difficulties of the current service system.
