摘　　要：电磁振动给料机的安装调试既是保障其有效正常运行的前提条件,也是保障企业生产系统正常运行的关键环节。以某大型化工项目中电磁振动给料机的现场安装调试为例,简要介绍了电磁振动给料机的结构、工作原理、主要特点,以及其现场安装和调试的具体作法,并总结了注意事项。The erection and testing of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is not only a prerequisite to guarantee its normal operation, but also a critical part of the guarantee for normal operation of the enterprise’s production system. Taking the example of the field erection and testing of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder in a large chemical project, the construction, working principle, main features, as well as the procedures for field erection and testing of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder are presented, and the precautions are summarized.
